Sporting Highlights
The Caribbean welcomes many sports that are played in the UK, including tennis, rugby, netball, hockey, basketball, athletics, golf, football and, of course, cricket, Gary Sobers and Desmond Haynes both having been born in Barbados.
St Lucia boasts the Beausejour Cricket Ground (built in 2002), which hosted the Cricket World Cup in 2007. Alongside it, there is an indoor practice facitlity, which is also home to netball, volleyball and basketball. Football and all-weather althletics facilities, along with a variety of the sports mentioned above, mean you can enjoy a whole week just on St Lucia.
In Trinidad, the sports facilities are amazing, especially for hockey, netball and cricket. If you combine with Tobago, you would have your toughest matches in Trinidad and local schools in Tobago will be delighted to host you. Tobago is more about the R & R.

Suggested Itinerary
Do you want the strawberry cheesecake or the chocolate fudge cake? Whatever you choose is the right choice.
Barbados and St Lucia can both sustain week long tour. But you can combine them both in a two-centre stay, being a short flight away from each other.
If you prefer Trinidad, or Tabago, we’d recommend you take in both because they’re “only a heartbeat away”.
The easiest way is to chat through your preferences with us and we can advise you. We are regular visitors ourselves and send many teams there each year.
