Itinerary

Having refined this trip, we recommend 3 nights in Mallorca. This will give you time for a full meeting and a chance to properly enjoy all the experiences we have included.

You’ll be able to spend time with wine makers and enjoy some of the beautiful experiences Mallorca has to offer (see Excursions). This itinerary works but please feel from to work with us on amendments to suit your preferences.

Finca or Hotel?

For small groups of up to 20 the finca provides wonderful accommodation, surrounded by vineyards, pine, almond, lemon, orange and olive trees, all with the splendid back-drop of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range. Alqueria Blanca is best suited to groups with couples:

For larger groups, we suggest staying in Palma at the 5* Es Princep Hotel, right on the coast. Perfectly set up for business groups, by the beach and a short walk from Palma’s Old Town, this is the ideal location for large groups. Service is impeccable:

The Food & Wines

You will spend time with the best and most interesting wine makers on the island, from the unique Cap Salinas blue wine (it’s white really, Prensal Blanc) to the bio-dynamic production at Mesquida Mora. Mallorca has its own unique grapes (such as Manto Negro) and has been making excellent wine for centuries. With its old vines and hand picked grapes, the quality is superb.

Your wine-maker will share his and her knowledge with you and pair the wines with delicious local delicacies such as the best Jabugo Ham (from pigs fed on acorns), the best cured cheeses, real Mallorca ‘sobrasada’ and ‘coca de trampo’.

And all this exclusively for your group.

Meeting Rooms

We will provide you with a meeting room to match your needs, whether its clients, your department or board.

At Es Princep hotel, you have a choice of rooms or even the roof terrace overlooking the sea. You can seat ‘the board’ in a 12 seater room, up to 40 in a private room with bar or even more on the terrace. Alqueria Blanca has a beautiful, ancient room which contains the finca’s old olive press.

We will take care of your AV and catering.

Of course you can transform your business over a few bottles of wine in the local vineyards, inspired by the producers. They always have good ideas, like open another bottle.

Excursions

In this itinerary, we have included a walking trail in the mountains, a guided tour of Palma’s Old Town and a visit to stunning Soller in addition to the wine experiences.

However, we are happy to design your itinerary around your requirements. In season, you might consider a cruise to coves for swimming, with a paella on board, a visit to caves, kayaking, jet skis, or visiting other parts of Mallorca.
