Malaysia can be enjoyed individually (or with Singapore) or in conjunction with a longer tour to Australia and/or New Zealand. As with a good deal of South East Asia, you are assured of a really warm welcome. Malaysia gives you mountains, coral, tea plantations, elephants and orang-utans. Our recommendation would be to build in a school tour to Malaysia whilst en route to Australia and/or New Zealand. It’s the perfect way to split the journey and is a rewarding destination in itself.
