Jersey offers food tech students a hands-on look at sustainable sourcing, with ultra-fresh produce, low food miles, and direct links to local farms and fisheries. The island is a dynamic learning ground for food systems and hospitality. Sweet Chariot works closely with local suppliers and producers, giving your students hands on experiences
Of course, Italy is a foody’s Mecca. We focus on Bologna, where your students will enjoy a Market Tour, a Pizza/Pasta Cookery Class, Parmesan Farm Tour and Tasting, Balsamic Vinegar Tour and Tasting, Parma ham production including tasting, Culatello production including tasting, a guided truffle hunt including lunch, a Mussel Farm visit to explore sustainable seafood farm, including tasting, and a guided tour of Cinque Terre by boat (subject to weather) including local tastings.
